For their expected token launch end of year / beginning of next year, they are looking for a world-class Chief Marketing Officer (m/f/d) as their first marketing hire to own and lead their go-to-market and brand strategy from the ground up.Job Description
  • 
    
    Build & Execute Full-Stack Marketing: Own strategy and execution across brand, content, community, events, partnerships, and performance
  • 
    
    Lead Token Launch Communications: Develop and deliver an end-to-end go-to-market plan around our token generation event (TGE), including narrative, community campaigns, influencer activations, and media strategy
  • 
    
    Drive Ecosystem Growth: Work with BD and ecosystem leads to bring developers, validators, and early partners onto the chain. Create marketing materials, growth campaigns, and onboarding funnels
  • 
    
    Own Content & Communications: From whitepapers to Twitter threads, set the tone across all public-facing materials. Coordinate PR, AMAs, speaking opportunities, and more
    
    The Successful Applicant
    • 
      
      Deeply Crypto-Native: at least five years of Web3 marketing experience. Proven success launching tokens and scaling ecosystems from scratch
    • 
      
      Strategic and Hands-On: Comfortable jumping from high-level strategy to hands on work
    • 
      
      Exceptional Communicator: Capable of creating powerful narratives
    • 
      
      Globally Minded, Locally Present: Ideally based in the US / European time zone
