ODP Program SpecialistAbout the Company:--Aging with Comfort is a non-medical home care agency serving seniors and disabled adults across Pennsylvania. We strive to preserve the independence and quality of life for the individuals we serve, and to offer meaningful work opportunities for those we employ.Job Summary:The Program Specialist assists with the overall management of ODP homecare operations, including emphasis on best practice, quality improvement, and process improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs reviews of weekly and quarterly record reviews for Individual Support Plan (ISP)Assists in coordinating and reporting results for the ODP programMaintains relationships with and provides customer service to Service Coordinators, Case Managers, Individual Participants, and StaffProactively communicates and collaborates with external customers to review services, support, and troubleshoots issuesCreates and maintains best practices for the ODP program in conjunction with Community Outreach and Operations teams to grow the participant baseWorks independently under the supervision of Director of Branch Operations and Director of Regional OperationsIdentifies areas of improvement within staff training, services rendered and program as a wholeIdentifies, documents and communicates issues specific to a lack of progress towards outcomes established by the ISP/Program that impact the delivery of carePerforms other duties as assigned/necessaryProvide coordination & scheduling support for ODP clientsWork with the onboarding team to recruit and identify staff for new clientsEnsure new DSPs have completed necessary training and orientation processes prior to start of careMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or similar field strongly preferredMinimum of one to three (1-3) years of experience in the Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) fieldComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office is requiredHHAeXchange platform experience preferredAbility to reliably commute to local office and surrounding areas to complete home visits is requiredMonday-Friday 9am-5pmPIabf3129b7419-25660-37772923
