As a Personal Banker at Employer, you will focus on building meaningful lifelong relationships with customers, both consumers and small businesses. To be successful you will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in your customers and ask questions to understand what s important to them and how Employer can help meet their financial needs. You will develop strong relationships with other Employer partners and bankers that enable them to introduce customers to specialists who can assist with specific financial needs. You will be able to present options to customers about ways to make their banking easy and convenient, while ensuring the needs of the customer always come first. When appropriate you may also follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and build relationships based on their priorities. You also minimize risk by following policy and procedure and protecting confidentiality for customers and the bank.This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation.
