The Rainforest Alliance (RA) is an international nonprofit
organization working at the intersection of business, agriculture,

an individual TikTok-native creator to act as a high-velocity
content partner for our brand. This engagement prioritizes volume,
speed, experimentation, and iteration over traditional production
quality. The selected creator will continuously ideate, film, edit,
and deliver TikTok-ready videos, adapting rapidly to performance
data, platform trends, memes, and audience response. This role
requires comfort appearing on camera in a creator-led style and
working in lo-fi, native formats that align with how TikTok content
performs. This is not a scripted video production role. It is a
creative, trend-aware, iterative content partnership. The initial
term is 3 months , with potential extension. Consultancy Scope of
Work Main Objectives The TikTok Creator’s objective is to support
the Rainforest Alliance presence on TikTok. Activities The creator
will: Produce a high volume of TikTok-native videos each week. Test
multiple content categories, hooks, tones, and formats. Respond
quickly to TikTok trends and cultural moments. Appear on camera
when appropriate for creator-led storytelling. Iterate aggressively
based on performance. Remix brand materials into TikTok-native
formats. Operate independently with minimal scripting or oversight.
Content Cadence Produce 20–30 TikTok videos per month (minimum 5
per week). Typical video length: 20–60 seconds , with flexibility
to go shorter or longer when the format requires it. All content in
9:16 vertical , TikTok-native style. Content mix may include:
Face-to-camera storytelling POV and relatable scenarios
Educational/informational formats Trend and meme participation
Commentary on relevant cultural moments Remixing existing brand
assets into TikTok formats Experimental formats to discover what
performs The creator is expected to: Pitch and test recurring
content formats or series. Generate hooks and concepts
independently. Monitor TikTok daily for trends, sounds, and
formats. Produce quickly without overproduction. Balance brand
alignment with TikTok authenticity. Activities Weekly batch
production and delivery. Ongoing idea sharing in a simple content
tracker. Weekly 30-minute check-in. Monthly reflection on
performance and next tests. Rapid turnaround (24–72 hours) for
trend-responsive content. Deliverables Deliverable Estimated

48 hours End of month With each batch General Terms and Conditions
for Request for Proposal Applicants must provide all requisite
information under this RFP and clearly and concisely respond to all
points set out in this RFP. Any proposal, which does not fully and
comprehensively address this RFP, may be rejected. Proposals and/or
any additional information received after the submission time and
date are subject to rejection by RA. Incomplete proposals may be
rejected by RA at its discretion. RA reserves the right to request
additional information at any time during the procurement process.
RA is at liberty to make multiple or no selections as part of the
proposal process. RA also reserves the right to cancel the
procurement. All proposal costs shall be borne by the applicant and
will not be reimbursed by RA. It is the responsibility of every
bidder to identify any information of a confidential or proprietary
nature contained in its proposal so that it may be handled
accordingly. However, RA cannot guarantee confidentiality. We are
specifically seeking an individual creator , not an agency or
production team. Applicants should demonstrate: Active TikTok
presence with strong examples of performance. Comfort on camera and
in creator-led formats. Ability to film and edit independently at
high speed. Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
Familiarity with trends, memes, and platform behaviors. Knowledge
of environmental and social causes. Capacity to produce 20–30
videos per month solo. Selection of the consultant or consultant
firm is based on the following criteria : Criteria Weight (%)

Financial proposal or budget 10% Internal guidance: RA prefers not
to define budget amount for the opportunity. Instead, we prefer to
gather proposals to determine market price for activity. Stating
the budget available for the consultancy can result in proposals
only coming back at that cost. Please provide sufficient details in
financial proposal section to enable comparisons. Proposal Process
and Format Interested consultants or consultant firms should submit
their proposal including the following: Statutory Requirements :
Upon request, the consultant should supply all required legal
documents as may be required by RA and/or local law, e.g. work
permit, bank details, registration details, tax documents etc. When
opportunity is restricted to a specific location, only candidates
authorized to work in the location will be considered. TikTok
profile and examples of high-performing videos. Description of
production workflow and turnaround time. Demonstration of
experience working with environmental and social issues. Examples
of trend or meme participation. Confirmation of ability to meet the
required volume independently. Proposed fee in USD for the 3-month
pilot. Description of filming and editing setup. Availability for
weekly check-ins and rapid trend response. Internal guidance:
