the standard for excellence. Position Overview We’re seeking a
driven, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager who can take
ownership of Vive’s marketing department and evolve into a key
leadership role. This person will be responsible for executing
day-to-day marketing operations while developing long-term
strategies to enhance visibility, elevate the brand, and drive
patient engagement. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and
problem solver - someone who can think big, execute efficiently,
and align every initiative with Vive’s brand, culture, and business
goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily marketing activities,
including campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising,
social media, and partnerships. Develop, implement, and measure
strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen Vive’s brand
presence and reputation. Collaborate with leadership to identify
growth opportunities, seasonal promotions, and service launches.
Analyze performance metrics across platforms to evaluate ROI and
optimize campaigns. Manage vendor relationships (agencies,
photographers, design partners, etc.) and ensure deliverables meet
Vive’s quality and brand standards. Coordinate photo and video
shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and messaging.
Maintain the marketing calendar, timelines, and project milestones.
Partner with operations and patient experience teams to ensure
cohesive messaging and cross-departmental alignment. Identify
opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve marketing
processes. Stay current on industry trends and emerging tools in
digital marketing, social media, and aesthetics. Qualifications 5
years of experience in marketing management, preferably in
aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare. If you feel you are a good

digital marketing, content strategy, and branding. Proven
experience managing projects, campaigns, and external vendors.
Analytical mindset - comfortable tracking KPIs and adjusting
strategies based on data. Exceptional writing, communication, and
organizational skills. Proficiency with platforms such as Meta
Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and email
marketing tools (experience with Zenoti preferred but not
required). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
