We strive to ensure we're fulfilling our team members' career potentials through training, skills-development, and career pathways as our team members grow and succeed both personally and professionally, so does Hudson.This HRIS Reporting Analyst position is for you, if you would Enjoy:Providing day to day support for HR systems, including advanced reporting, data entry and maintenance, troubleshooting and various analysis as well as resolving support issues by working directly with both internal clients and external service providersActing as a liaison to other HR teams, the IT department, Payroll department, and other business units to ensure that systems provide the means for and enable processes to effectively gather, maintain, and utilize HR-related informationDriving the successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and ensure data integrity for all HR systemsDocumenting system processes and procedures and assist in the training of end-usersHRIS Reporting Analyst Key Accountabilities:Analyzes HR processes and makes recommendations for improvements via the use of technologyDesigns and develops reportsData entry for HR processes including maintaining HR master data for new hire, data changes, and termination processesDesigns and develops reportsPerform system maintenance and testing of system enhancements for our HCM SolutionsTroubleshoot and offer technical assistance in support of Payroll, Human Resources, IT, and various business unitsMaintains data integrity in HR systems by conducting routine audits, analyzing, and updating data where appropriateDocuments and maintains accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and proceduresActs as HRIS Security Administrator including managing user system accessUpdates system fields and tables associated with business change and operationsPerforms all other duties as may be required by the needs of the businessHRIS Reporting Analyst Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HR, or related fieldStrong HCM System knowledge is a must3-5 years' experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration, and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience), and trainingAbility to work independently and under minimal supervision and as a member of the HRIS teamStrong administrative and organizational skills with the proven ability to take initiative to complete assignments and responsibilities on timeProficiency in problem analysis, issue resolution, planning, and time managementClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities at the same time in a fast-paced office environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality information, professional demeanor under pressure and effectively work with employees at all levels1-3 years' experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Reporting StructureStrong MS Office skills (e.G., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other advanced Excel functions and formulas)HRIS Reporting Analyst Preferred Qualifications:ADP Ev5, Kronos Dimensions, and SAP Success Factors Implementation and Administrator experienceWorking knowledge of Employee and Manager Self ServicePrevious ADPR experienceFor immediate consideration, please include your resume.Some of our company-offered benefits for you and your family include:Health & Well Being: Medical/Dental/Vision InsurancePaid Time OffVarious Personal and Parental Leave ProgramsUniversal Life InsuranceRetirement Programs & Matching Employee Contributions: 401K & RRSP20% off Hudson Employee DiscountEmployee Recognition & Anniversary ProgramsTraining, Development, and Growth OpportunitiesTuition Assistance & Scholarship ProgramsFor additional information on our benefits, please visit: https://www.Hudsongroup.Com/careers/our-perks.Depending on the location of the position, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States or Canada for any employer.Hudson is an Equal Opportunity Employer of all qualified individuals.
