Summary / Objective
The Recruiter/Staffing Specialist is responsible for full life
cycle recruiting which includes, recruiting, screening, and
recommending placement of staff using a variety of creative methods
(both internal and external). The Staffing Specialist helps assign
contract employees whose skills match customers' needs. This
position must possess considerable skill in interviewing
techniques, a basic understanding of the company's structure as
well as an extensive knowledge on personnel policy and procedure
with federal and state laws regarding employment practice.
Essential Functions
* Delivers high quality service to customers and contract employees
by matching contract employees' skills with customer's needs.
* Performs a variety of tasks that support the overall mission of
quality performance and service
* Performs tasks unique to each specific customer account
* Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer
service
* Detail notes regarding attributes in the ATS
* Manages the order management process when assigned to positions
by the Managing Director or Recruiting Manager
* Processes job requisitions in a timely fashion maintaining
adequate levels of support on assigned jobs
* Follows up with Account Managers / Senior Staffing Specialists
for feedback on candidates
* Updates ATS Corrected with candidate statuses
* Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and
attract quality candidates.
* Coordinates with Recruiting manager(s) to determine best
recruiting process for position(s).
* Interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers
appropriate assessments (if required)
* Completes Interview preparation and debrief
* Delivers employment offers and communicates important employment
information
* Manages all candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
(ATS) including but not limited to communications, emails,
discussions, problems and or issues
* Uses the ATS system to fill assignment orders rapidly with
qualified contract employees
* Manages application / resume files and retention according to
company policy
* Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and
or contract employees
* Maintains relationships and consistent contact with candidates
and field employees

Education Requirement:
Required Experience
Two or more years of relevant recruitment experience
Job Type: Full-time
