Vaco is seeking an Operations Manager for our Pharmaceutical client. The Operations Manager will perform the day-to-day operations such as Monitoring Performance, Drive Supply Chain and Logistics functions, and Provide Cost Saving Initiatives for the various departments. The ideal Manager will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations Management and a proven track record of Managing a Large Warehouse Staff.SAP experience is required, and Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly preferred. Salary: approx. $120k-140k + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Large Warehouse Staff and Operations
• Monitor Improvements and Performance, specifically KPI's
• Manage warehouse Supply Chain and Logistics
• Provide Strategic Growth Initiatives and Cost Saving measures
• Ensure Compliance by enforcing Policies and Procedures
• Resolve all Operational inquiries and complex performance issues Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Supply Chain
  • Large Warehouse Management
  • SAP software experience
