Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Collegeville, PA Schedule: Monday Friday (Hybrid: 2.5 days/week onsite) Type: Contract Overview Joule seeking a Business Analyst to manage direct customer account data for pharmaceutical clients across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, that is eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will reside within the Collegeville, PA area and be detail-oriented with strong SAP experience, capable of performing in-depth data entry and online research. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain customer accounts within correct sales organizations to ensure accurate downstream financial data Perform due diligence research to validate licensing and business activity using internal and external databases Assign appropriate trade classifications that impact invoice terms, taxes, contract eligibility, and product access Communicate with customer service and external customers via phone and computer Support compliance with federal and state requirements and policies Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred Experience with SAP (customer master), data entry, and internet navigation required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Agile to change and able to adapt in a dynamic environment #M- #LI- #DI- Ref: #568-ClinicalRequired
