Showing agents will have a flexible "UBER-LIKE" schedule; assisting the Team Leaders with some of the following:



--- Attending home inspections with clients
--- Attending appraisals
--- Listing preparation
--- Showing prospective buyers' homes on behalf of the team.

This is an hourly paid position... BONUS STRUCTURE AVAILABLE

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner


Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Can spend a large amount of time driving
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Present yourself in a professional manner
