Jersey Strong is seeking highly motivated and experienced fitness professionals to join our expanding team. We are currently seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for leading our Personal Training Team, promoting and enrolling members into our personal training programs.As a Training Manager, you will be a central part of our team, with a focus on driving sales of our Personal Training programs. This is a fitness sales position that requires a motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to changing lives through Personal Training. You must have an exceptionally strong understanding of fitness, as well as a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality. We have a structured and proven sales system that produces consistent results.Responsibilities:Conduct introductory personal training sessions and assessmentsExecute an effective prospecting strategy using approved company lead generation techniquesAttain company targets, including revenue and client retentionFollow up on leads and referralsMaintain regular communications with potential and existing customersRequirements:Must be an advocate of fitness and exerciseFull-time availability (40 hours per week)Knowledge and experience in the fitness industryHolding a current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification is a plusMust be a goal achiever who understands how to develop, set and achieve personal goalsMust be a strong verbal communicatorMust have experience working within a team environmentPersonal Profile:Extremely neat, organized, detailed, and thoroughEnjoys multitasking, adapting to changing situations, and works well with monthly performance goalsHonest, friendly, fun, disciplined, and enjoys regular exerciseHas an interest in personal education and developmentTakes feedback well and is coachableWorks hard and does whatever it takes to get a job done rightTakes ownership of responsibilitiesBenefits:Option to participate in company 401k after a year of employment1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 yearsComplimentary membership for an immediate family memberCompensation:Annual earnings are based on performance and can range from $50,000 to $60,000Salary, commission, and bonusThe Training Manager position is ideal for dynamic fitness professionals who are passionate about fitness and helping people get started with their very own Personal Trainer.
