Role Responsibilities: Promote TP ICAP Group. Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk. Understand the underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures. Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments. Give live quotes to traders through the messaging systems. Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies. Provide trade details to brokers and traders on a daily basis. Experience / Competencies: Recent graduate from college or university. Effective communicator. Understands the financial markets and has a viewpoint on economy. Can easily build relationships. Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others. Personable and engaging. Self-starter and willing to go the extra mile Excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to work under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Critical problem-solving skills. Demonstrates high levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals.
