satisfaction. Position Summary The Inside Sales Support Specialist
plays a critical role in supporting our outside sales team and
enhancing the customer experience. This position is responsible for
lead nurturing, customer communication, and internal coordination,
with a focus on driving sales growth and maintaining strong client
relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented,
and passionate about contributing to a collaborative sales
environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Qualification
Upload and track leads in Salesforce.com Conduct outbound calls and
emails to qualify leads Coordinate follow-ups and assist in closing
opportunities alongside the outside sales team Log and monitor
activity consistently in Salesforce Sales Support Identify sales
opportunities within targeted markets Communicate daily with the
MAX sales team and distribution partners Provide administrative and
strategic support to outside sales reps as assigned Manage customer
and end-user communications in a timely and professional manner
Customer Relations Develop product expertise to answer dealer and
customer inquiries Support customer service and assist with order
entry as needed Help resolve issues related to accounts receivable
for designated customers Special Projects & Collaboration Execute
special projects at the request of sales leadership Uphold company
regulations and standards in all interactions Collaborate
cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer
satisfaction Qualifications Education : High school diploma
required; coursework in business or equivalent work experience
preferred Experience : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook) Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or
similar CRM systems (preferred) Previous experience in inside
sales, cold calling, or lead generation is highly preferred Skills
& Attributes : Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated
ability to support a team-oriented environment Self-motivated with
a solid work ethic Key Competencies Inside Sales Experience
Customer Service Orientation CRM Proficiency (Salesforce.com or
equivalent) Lead Qualification and Nurturing Team Collaboration and
Initiative Physical Requirements Daily use of computer and
telephone systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based
environment
