Job Description:
Freyr is Hiring for Leading Pharmaceutical company Position:
Deviation Management Specialist Location: West Point, PA
Qualifications: B.S./M.S. in Engineering or Scientific field 0–3
years of post-Bachelor’s experience in a cGMP
pharmaceutical/biotech environment Experience with manufacturing
investigations and atypical event reporting Familiar with Lean Six
Sigma and strong problem-solving skills Strong communication and
ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day technical support to
manufacturing, resolve process deviations, and lead investigations
Support aseptic manufacturing and testing using sound scientific
principles Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot failures, and
implement CAPAs Design and execute lab/pilot scale experiments to
support problem resolution Some off-shift work may be required For
