Job Description:
The Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE) C3 Senior Manager,
oversees the Compliance & Data Integrity (CDI) of the REGN U
Learning Management System, as managed by the LCoE C3 team. The CDI
Senior Manager uses advanced data analytics & reporting to ensure
the learning management system and all related processes are
aligned with regulatory requirements and all data records are
inspection ready. The CDI Senior Manager collaborates with the
Assoc. Director LCoE C3, and other partners to implement standards
that sustain compliance and ongoing improvement. The CDI Senior
Manager initiates & leads improvement initiatives that build
systems & process to support new & future standards. The CDI Senior
manager works with the Global Development Quality organization to
detect, report, investigate, analyze & resolve quality events
relating to the training systems & processes across the Research &
Development organization. The CDI Senior Manager collaborates with
the Learning Center of Excellence Training Business Partners and
Regional Training team to ensure business objectives are met
through effective learning solutions for quality and compliance
globally. A typical day may include the following: Responsible for
defining standards for LMS data structures to support GxP Global
Training, ensuring the training system is audit & inspection ready
at all times. Partner with LCoE teams to advance training
compliance improvement at global & local levels. Evaluate
effectiveness of the quality management of the Learning Management
System & outline necessary corrections & improvements to processes.
Act as single point of contact to Training Business Partners,
Regional Trainers and business collaborators, providing guidance on
country specific GxP training curricula needs. Participate in
cross-functional continuous improvement projects related to quality
& compliance to ensure learners needs are met with appropriate
training aligned with project outcomes. The role may be for you if:
General knowledge of GxP guidelines High level of proficiency in
working with a Learning Management System (ComplianceWire
preferable) General level of proficiency in working with SharePoint
Lists, Forms & Workflows; MS Teams and other collaboration tools.
Ability to analyze & visualize data to to highlight issues,
facilitate decision making & propose solutions Experience in
shaping and managing multiple projects at the same time and being
able to prioiritize urgent needs To be considered for this role,
you must have a bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience
with ideally 3 years Clinical, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device
experience with understanding of GxP guidelines; or 5 years working
in a customer facing role, ideally with an agency or group
providing services to the Pharma/Medical Device industry. Does this

- $216,000.00
