apply today. SUMMARY OF JOB: This position is responsible for
monitoring and facilitating the health and welfare of the Sisters
of Blessed Sacrament Community at Paul's Run Community Center. The
QLC is an advocate for the Sisters for services ordinarily provided
by the family but not provided by PR. The QLC aids each Sister in
fulfilling her potential to live her mission as a Sister of the
Blessed Sacrament by encouraging a healthy, balanced, and holistic
lifestyle and spiritual life. The QLC works in cooperation with the
staff of PR and Holy Redeemer Support at Home (HRSH) and is
accountable to the leadership of the Sisters of the Blessed
Sacrament. CONNECTING TO MISSION: Redeemer Health Home Care and
Hospice's ability to continue the rich heritage of the Sisters of
the Holy Redeemer and care, comfort, and heal in the home is
directly related to the talents, motivation and accomplishments of
our employees. A primary way staff connect to our mission is by
collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment
that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered
care and supports all internal and external customers RECRUITMENT
REQUIREMENTS: Graduate and Licensed LPN from accredited school of
Nursing. 1-2 years LPN experience in a health care setting
(hospital/home care preferred). Working knowledge of practicing
within scope of LPN responsibilities Flexibility, sound judgment
and decision making, customer orientation, including compassion,
approachability and listening skills, organization skills, and
professional demeanor Availability to work flexible hours, with
weekends and holidays including on-call Proven knowledge of general
disease processes, family dynamics and interpersonal relationships,
and quality care principles Proficient in Microsoft office and
other PC applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current license in
state of practice Valid driver's license Redeemer Health is an
